My Journey began in about 2000 when my Aunt told me stories about my her grandmother and the hardships she endured as an American Indian in the early 1900's. Hearing about the struggles she faced while attending the Carlisle Industrial Indian School made me want to look deeper into her story. As I got deeper into her story I became interested in the stories of the people related to her and that is all it took.
It is amazing the the advancements that have been made in just the last 8 years to genealogy thanks to the internet.
