PROSE *BLEARGH*
Hi guys! You have apparently just stumbled on my Prose Page, whether you have come here through a search engine, through my links or through hacking. Yes, whatever beautiful compositions that you give me will be posted on this ugly page. By the way, if you came in by the third way, i would like to ask you to do me a favour: help me make this page a little bit more beautiful will ya? Thanks... but anyway, don't expect a lot of people to come here to post their compositions, this place is very secluded.
OH yes, if you are afraid that your prose is too lousy to be seen, just remember that there are people out there that are worse than you, just like me. And your prose can't be THAT bad. Just don't worry, post it here if you are afraid of too many people seeing your composition. It won't hurt you, in fact, it should build up your courage in the long run.
Now to my collection:
My Prose:
Naked Truth Another play. Should be better than the last one since it at least has some dialogue. :P
The Maze Newest one I have wrote. I am happy with the storyline, but I hate my language, it just does not seem adequate.
The Mask One of my best prose I have written. It is riddled with grammatical errors. Now you know my standard.
The Rebel Descriptive writing. Can't go very bad, because my teacher went through the whole thing. Another moderately good piece.
Eulogy for 15th Anniversary of Doodle's Death Eulogy that i did for homework after reading a short story called "The Scarlet Ibis". This was meant for an assignment to hand up to my teacher. I find this piece quite good as a first shot as an author of an eulogy. It is not often that i will be able to write eulogies in the future, and i love these little sadistic opportunities.
Facts at 3 a.m. This piece of work was originally entitled "Thoughts". After a while I decided to rename it "Facts at 3 a.m.". This piece of work was written when i was in a very wishy-washy state of mind. Don't ask me about my feelings about this prose, when i wrote this prose i just put down what came to mind first. And this is what came out. Obviously I did not check it for spelling and grammatical mistakes in the fuzzled manner I was in. So if you see any errors, don't waste your time blaming me.
Dreams This is my first attempt at a play with no plot at all. If you think that it is pitiful, I understand why. Maybe I should attempt more reality-based plays, in my dreams.
Other People's Works:
This section is pitiful in the sense that i am still waiting for people to send me their works. Please contribute to this section!
If you have any comments on the works that i posted above, please feel free to either send the comments to the author themselves or mail me the comments at [email protected] and I will try to send it to them as soon as possible. Thank you.
