I had a primary rhinoplasty done in Feb. of 2002 by Dr. Murray in Winnipeg. What he attempted to do was get rid of the bump on my bridge, narrow and raise the tip. I was extremely unhappy with the results as you can see in my Post primary photos. Raising the tip was unsuccessful and he shaved down the left side of my bridge more so than the right side, leaving it uneven. I eventually went to see Dr. Dolynchuk at the Maples Surgical Centre in Winnipeg and after two consultations, went through a revision on July 18th . It has only been six and a half weeks post-op and I am elated with the results so far. He successful evened out the bridge, and narrowed and raised the tip of my nose. These are my Post-op pictures with Dr. Murray (primary), and Post-op with Dr. Dolynchuk (revision) I do not have any pictures of my original nose, BUT it was extremely similar to what it looked like after my first rhinoplasty BUT with a bump on the bridge. I wish everyone the best on finding a doctor who can successful obtain the results they are looking for.
