Anyway, I am too indolent (ooh, look, one of my SAT vocab words) to look up how to do it at the moment. Once I do, I'll be sure to start :D!
UPDATE: I just figured out how to do this ^ Yay! You have to enter special codes for < and >. And so now I have my first two tutorials, rainbow text and neon light text! (click the links below). I was going to do the basic html stuff, but I figured that would be too boring and lengthy, so I'm only doin' fun stuff :P
