I feel love, fear and rage
I wonder what comes from my thoughts
The joys found and the battles fought
Wandering around looking for this simple serenity
An end to this ongoing turmoil within me
My thoughts lead in their search
A place to hide from the hurt
Every pain I've caused another soul
Leaves within me another hole
We all wonder why we're here
Usually in moments of doubt and fear
Trapsing across our world looking
The quest for answers in our heads cooking
Not another I want to soil
Wondering how much longer I must toil
