            I enclose herewith additional

evidence in the case of Elizabeth

Mursh, with two declarations under

the Acts of Feb 1848 and Jan 1845

respectively; and under them claim for

her nearly two years additional

Pension, to wit from the 4^th March

1836, to the 7 December 1837.  I

also herewith surrender the Pension

Certificate heretofore issued to her.

            I enclose your letter to me of

the 9^th January last, as my warrant

for these proceedings.
