Mary Pettis, Wm. E. White, and Mrs Mursh
and her daughter Rhoda, which you will
pleas examine and report to me as soon
as convenient.
The Family Register appended to
the Deposition of E. Smith, in absence
of all other testimony would be my
_______ to establish the marriage of the
claimant.
The matter of her second marriage,
I hope, is satisfactorily explained—
