Viz, Kity the above named first child and that the said Robert
Marsh and Elizabeth his widow, were persons of respectable and
moral standing and orderly members of the Baptist Church.
From his first acquaintance, deponent further says that he has
often heard the aforesaid Elizabeth Marsh say that she and her
husband Robert Marsh were married a second time, and that the
cause that lead thereto was their making a profession of Religion,
and wishing to attach themselves to the Baptist Church. That they
were then married according to the Christian form, and that said
occurance took place previous to their leaving the State of
Virginia.

who has sworn to and subscribed the above affidavit—
before me is a gentleman of respectability and whose status
are entitled to full faith and credit and that he is from
his family record is 58 years old.
