York District } Personally came Rhoda Mursh
before the subscriber, and
after being duly sworn according to law: Saith on
her Oath, that the above attached Records is the family
Record of Robert Mursh and his wife Elizabeth Mursh
and that it has been known by her as the family record ever
since her minor infancy, and that it is in the handwriting
of Robert Mursh himself, both the farmer and the father
the latter. She saw him transcribe from the former
and set the ages of his children and grandchildren down
after getting a new Bible, and that it has been
kept in the possession of Elizabeth Mursh, since the
death of Robert Mursh, and that it is the original and
genuine record—Sworn and subscribed this 17th day
of September 1845 before—

foregoing declaration of Elizabeth Mursh was made do
certify that the declarant Elizabeth Mursh is not able
to attend the Court, from age and bodily infirmity, and
that she is the Widow of Robert Mursh, and that she is
an ole lady of good report, whose verasity cannot
be disputed, this 17th day of September 1845
