So much to do

• On camp you will never be bored because we have so many activities on
• if you are standing around bored the chances are skip will send you on an errand to light a fire for cooking or to get some wood (a free ride on the back of a trailer or he might teach you to rig up a sailing dinghy.
• when there are no activities on you can be tidying up your area around your patrol tent - if you make camp gadgets you get points in the morning inspection
• some gadgets might be: A walking stick; A gate for your fence or an arch way; A patrol site fence (usually made on the first day); a dust bin for your area
• all those gadgets should be made and they usually make great laughs as you compete against other patrols/watches another point is- what do points mean?
• yes indeed bruce they mean prizes at the end of camp!

again with the above you are never hungry

• Skip always provides plenty of munch for us!
• you can go into the main (mess) tent any time you want for a packet of crisps or some fruit or a choccy bar.
