In Blue (July 2000)
The highly anticipated album, due to their explosive popularity from the previous two releases, "In Blue", delivered a solid mix of songs for both new corrs fans, as well as old. A hotly debated issue over the loss of "irishness" and more of a pop oriented album was commented upon, but in the end, it's upto each individual to decide on their taste. It is safe to say that this album was definitely geared for more pop, indicative of the tracks produced by Mutt Lange (synonomous with pop songs, eg Shania Twain). These tracks are "Breathless", "Irresistible", and "All The Love In The World". (all of which are tremendously catchy).
The remainder of the album contains some very solid corrs tracks, including "Say", "All In A Day", and "Give Me A Reason".
Charting success continues for the Corrs on this album, debuting in Australia at #2, and climbing the American charts significantly in comparison with their previous efforts there.
