There are two days in every week that we should not worry about, Two days that should be kept free from from fear and apprehension. One is Yesterday, with its mistakes and cares, its faults and blunders, its aches and pains. Yesterday haspassedforever beyond our control. All the money in the world can not bringback yesterday. We can not undo a single act we performed. Nor can we erase a single word we`ve said- Yesterday is gone. The other day we shouldn`t worry about is tomorrow, with its impossible adversaries, its burdens, its hopeful promise and poor performance Tomorrow is beyond our control. Tomorrow`s sun will rise either in splendor or behind a mask of clouds but it will rise. And until it does, we have no stake in tomorrow for it is yet unborn. This leaves only one day- Today. Any person can fight the battles of just one day. It is only when we add the burdens of yesterday and tomorrow that we break down. It is not the experience of today that drives people mad- it is the remorse for something that happened yesterday, and the dread of what tomorrow may bring. Let us therefore, live One Day At A Time!

Do You Know Me

It amazes me how people are so quick to judge others
Not knowing who and where we come from
Until you walk in my shoes
Or live my life story you don`t know me
Here I am accept me for me and form no opinion of me
Without knowing me
We may have not come from the same background
But we are all human
Accept me for that and the love and
compassion that I have for others.
For where i come from it may or
may not have been shown or given
The things that happen in ones life cannot be changed
after they have happen
Everything happen for a reason
We may not know what the reason is
It may not be meant for us to know
Accept the good with the bad and
pray for a brighter day
I know I do

MESSAGE TO THE MEN!!!!

"The beauty of a woman is not in the clothes she wears,
the figure that she carries, or the way she combs her hair."
"The beauty of a woman must be seen in her eyes,
because that is the doorway to her heart - the place where love resides."
wonder where my secret lies.
I`m not cute or built to suit a fashion model`s size,
But when I start to tell them,
They think I`m telling lies.
I say,
It`s in the reach of my arms,
the span of my hips,
the stride of my step,
the curl ofmy lips.
I`m Ms Fine Brown Thang
A Phenomenal Woman
That`s me!!!

In my father's house, there are many rooms.....for all Creatures Great and Small

"Single Woman`s Bedtime Prayer" Now i lay me down to sleep. Please don`t send me no more creeps. Please just send me one good man. One without a wedding band. One good man who`s sweet as pie. Who brushes his teeth and doesn`t lie. Who dresses neat and doesn`t smell. And sexy like my man Denzel. Is super-rich like Micheal J. On second thought, that`s okay. Man, if i should die before I wake, that would truly take the cake; No matrimony or honeymoon. No fancy reception planned for June. No throwing of the wedding bouquet. Please, God don`t let me go out that way. If I die before I meet Mr.Right I won`t go out without a fight. But then again with my luck, He`d probably be just some schmuck. The single life is not that bad I know It`s just a passing fad. I won`t be blue. I will not frown. Besides, I like my toilet seat down. No more makeup, won`t comb my hair, So never mind this stupid prayer The single life will do just fine. So what`s up, girlfriend? IT`S PARTY TIME!!!
