UNTO YOU, OH LORD,

Unto you, oh Lord, I give my heart
I take up my cross ready for my new start.
The road is rough and the way unclear
But I look forward to me in a year.
My spirit will grow and my mind expand
your love will pour through, not just me, but
throughout the land.
Rejoice! I say to all around me
The time has come for us to go to Thee.
For the Lord loves us so much,
You think he's not there, then you feel his touch.
He gave his son for your sin's to be freed
The least you can do is show no greed.
Be merciful, kind and give God his share
Your lives will improve with answers to prayer.
Lift up your voice give praise to His name
Hallelujah! Hallelujah! to the Holy King.
Amen.

So much has happened since this poem was written in 1994.  The LORD is so
faithful.  I look forward to seeing what He has done in my life as well as
those around me in the next year.
