Gracious Are You, Lord

Gracious are You, Lord, Creator of all,
I kneel before You as I hear Your call.
Gifted by You for Your will,
here I stand, Lord, ready and still.

Grant me ears to hear and eyes to see,
may I always be where You've placed me.
Search my heart and my ways,
to You be the glory all my days.

Precious Savior, Love divine,
to You I give this heart of mine.
I seek my strength from You alone,
I thank You that for our sin You atone.

Protect me Lord, from the evil one,
for You are God's one and only Son.
Giver of life, Savior of all,
I kneel before You as I hear Your call.

You alone I choose to serve and obey,
for You are the Potter, I the clay.
As I stand before Your holy throne,
I realize I can't make it on my own.

From those who hate me and seek my harm,
Please don't raise out Your righteous right arm.
Rather, have mercy, give them ears to hear and eyes to see,
guide them in Your ways as you have gently guided me.

Gracious are You, Lord, Creator of all,
I kneel before You as I hear Your call.
Devoted to You and Your will,
here I stand, Lord, waiting and still.
