"Shout for joy, O daughter of
Zion! Shout in triumph, O Israel! Rejoice and exult with all your
heart, O daughter of Jerusalem! The LORD has taken
away His judgments against you, He has cleared away your enemies. The King
of Israel, the LORD, is in your midst; you will fear
disaster no more. In that day it will be said to Jerusalem: Do not be
afraid, O Zion; do not let you hands fall limp. The LORD your God is in your midst, a victorious warrior. He will
exult over you with joy, He will be quiet in His love, He will rejoice over
you with shouts of joy." Zephaniah 3:14-17
The Lord has taken away His judgements against us this day through the shed
blood of the Lord Jesus. The Lord Jesus defeated our enemy on the Cross at
Calvary. He is the King of kings, our sovereign Lord, we need not fear
disaster any more. We've no need to fear for the Lord our God is with us,
He will go before us and clear the way. He is here in our midst, even as
you read. He is victorious, He's already won the battle (read Revelation
to see the glorious out come).
He delight's over us; we are His pleasure. He loves us with the same
love He had for Abraham, Isaac and Jacob. He will rejoice over us with
shouts of joy. What an awesome picture of promise this is. The
Creator of all the universe delights in us and rejoices over us with shouts of
joy; I never imagined the Lord shouting joyously over me before, but says here
He does - to wonderful for comprehension.
Heavenly Father, thank you so much for the shed blood of Jesus. Thank
you that our enemy was defeated at Calvary. You are the sovereign Lord and
You reign on high. We've no need to fear for You are with us and go before
us, preparing the way. You are in this place, and what a wonderful thought
that You, Lord, delight over each of us individually and shout for joy over
us in same manner. You alone are worthy of all honor and praise and it
is an honor to proclaim You as Lord and Savior. To You be all glory
and honor forever and ever. Amen.
Rest in knowing that He delights in you and rejoices over you with shouts
of joy - Hallelujah! What a Savior.

Encouragement
From The Heart will be closed down for the summer (May - August). I am
