| Studio Classes (Semester 3) | ||||||||||||
|
This semester, we began learning to draw plans, sections and elevations of buildings. We also began building scale models of buildings. Then, in the second part of the semester, we actually designed a building, based on forms which we created by manipulating shapes which we found on items which we purchased from the dollar store. Then, we applied the designs to Le Corbusier's Dom-ino frame (basic post and slab frame). Very basic first experiences. | |||||||||||
