- 1 Selection in a month - 8.33% of Gross p.a.
- Selection of >1 but <4 in a month = 6.00% of Gross p.a. or 45 days base salary, whichever is higher
- Selection of >4 in a month = 5.00% of Gross p.a. or 30 days base salary, whichever is higher
Applicable of Service Tax and out of Pocket Expenses extra.
Selection Procedures:
We arrange interviews for the short listed candidates by calling them at our residence cum office and assess their family background, personality, educational / professional qualification, communication skills, their desired field, location, preferences and then forward them to the client.
We provide photocopies / scanned copies / electronic file of CVs as available with us for your review.
