El SEGUNDO FESTIVAL INTERNACIONAL DE COROS "MARIO BAEZA" se celebrará entre los días 26 al 31 de agosto de 2002, y su sede será la ciudad de La Serena, Región de Coquimbo, Chile.Tenemos el placer de invitarles a este interesante acontecimiento que la ASOCIACIÓN LATINOAMERICANA DE CANTO CORAL (ALACC) organiza cada dos años.El Festival está abierto a coros de todas las categorías y provenientes de cualquier país. Este es el momento de que ustedes planifiquen su participación en los festivales latinoamericanos que tendrán lugar en el año 2002. Los esperamos en La Serena, encantadora ciudad de estilo colonial, situada a orillas del Océano Pacífico. ¡Vengan a cantar, a escuchar y a compartir! ¡Vengan a disfrutar de la música, la alegría y la amistad latinoamericana! |

INSCRIPCIONES * Primer plazo: Hasta el 5 de enero de 2002 (25% descuento cuota administrativa). * Ultimo plazo: 30 de marzo 2002. |

CONDICIONES ECONÓMICAS * Gastos de administración: US$200.- por coro* Cuota participante: US$150.- por persona (esta cuota incluye alojamiento, comidas y transporte local durante los seis días del Festival, material musical impreso, entradas a los conciertos e invitación a los actos sociales y turísticos).* Los gastos de viaje hasta La Serena son por cuenta de cada coro. |

REPERTORIO * El repertorio es de libre elección pero debe incluir dos temas latinoamericanos. |

The SECOND INTERNATIONAL CHORAL FESTIVAL "MARIO BAEZA" will be held in La Serena, Coquimbo Region, CHILE, from 26 to 31 August 2002.We have the pleasure to invite you to this exciting event organized by the ASOCIACION LATINOAMERICANA DE CANTO CORAL (ALACC) every two years.The Festival invites choirs of every country and categories. This is the moment to start planning your participation in the 2002 latinamerican Festivals. We wait for you in La Serena, charming colonial style city by the coast of the Pacific Ocean. Come and sing, listen or watch ! Enjoy the music and the latinamerican friendship! |

REGISTRATION * First deadline: 5, Jan, 2002 (administrative fee, 25% discount) * Second deadline: 30, March, 2002 |

FINANCES * Administrative fee: US$200.- per chorus * Applicants fee: US$150.- per member (this fee covers lodging, meals and local transportation during the six days of the Festival, printed musical material, entrance to concerts and social events). * Travel expenses to La Serena are to be paid by the participants. |
