Word of the century (Yeah, it was last cenutry's too, I like it this much ;D): Pneumonoultramicroscopicsilicovolcanoconiosis. It means a pneumoconiosis caused by the inhalation of a very fine silicate or quartz dust. ^^ Caution. That was educational.
