| Inflation risk - Inflation is the enemy it is the biggest risk, just think of some
currency that have lost purchasing power (Argentina, Brazil and Russia due to
inflation.) |

market risk - 1) Short term holders face the volatility of the market.
2) Stock are different some pay dividends some don't. Some have earnings
while other don't. |

rate risk - Changes in interest rates creates risk if own securities that
pay a fixed rate of interest, such as bonds. |

Who is the White House? - Generally a change in positions with in the
white house has had a positive correlation with the markets. |

Bills - Generally the majority of the people are making the same decision
you are doing therefore you are competing with them and they may have a general
understanding of which bills will become law. |

Laws - If a bill is passed into law it then is reinforced even more by a
larger group of people. |

Tax - Generally are same as laws and bills but even more related to the
