Skill Builder Speech (when used) - 3 minutes maximum

C & L Manual Speeches - 5 to 7 minutes

Non-Manual (free) Speeches - 5 to 7 minutes

Advanced Manual Speeches (varies by assignment) - 12 minutes maximum

Evaluators - 2.5 minutes per speaker, maximum
