In Toronto harbour on 13th March 2003, the 2 lakers of Upper Lakes Group lie laid up together, these being the Seaway Queen and Canadian Venture.
Seaway Queen
Built at Port Weller in 1959 as
Seaway Queen, she weighs 16,043 grt and is 218m long.
Canadian Venture
Built in 1965, by Davie Shipyard Lauzon as
Lawrencecliffe Hall, later becoming David K. Gardiner,before becoming Canadian Venture, under Upper Lakes control she weighs 17,916grt.

No doubt these vessels may not be around much longer.
