I just started this blog.  I have not kept up the site with current apartments.  It got to the point it was very time consuming to keep up all of Kansas City.  I have decided to refocus my efforts on the NE Kansas City area like I originally started out.


My first task will be to remove all of the extra zip codes for areas other than NE Kansas City and then update the NE Kansas City zipcodes with current rental openings. 


I may eventually add a link to the rent.com site for other zip codes.  I signed up as and affiliate with them and actually had one person lease and apartment, but I never got paid by rent.com for the referral. 


I added this blog to the site to try and get some feed back from people that visited the site to try and find out what they are looking for. 


So, leave some comments.  Ask some questions.  Let me know what you are thinking.

AS many of you know the apartments at 502-520 Maple have been a problem for the area. Turn-Key Properties LLC has just taken over management of the complex and we intend to make some drastic changes.

To begin with we will evict any remaining residents we find to be involved in any criminal acitvity. As most know this does not happen over night.

Secondly we have lowered the rent drastically, all new tenants will be screened with criminal background checks and other significant checks to weed out problems.
