Welcome to the Buying section of The Office!!!
Please read through the necessary rules below before buying any of the
available CF horses. We provide these rules to keep everything in order and
make transaction simple and sweet so you go home happy. We wish to make
friends, not enemies, in the Sim Community. So please abide by our rules
and the transaction procedure will go smoothly.
[Please Note: All rules apply to any transactions done with my other stable Cowhorses Unlimited!!]
.. Sales ..
1. Horses are not sold on a first come first serve basis!!
2. When buying a horse, please e-mail me or PM me at WF Show Grounds or SAI
Farm Board with the horse's name in the subject line and a check or offer.
3. I will approve the sale if the horse isn't already sold, if it has been
sold, I'll send your check or offer back.
4. Once the sale has been approved, collect the horses stats, etc.
5. Please have a page up for the horse within 7 days of sale approval.
6. I require buybacks on ALL horses sold or bred from CF. Make sure to put
that on the horses page please!
7. If the time comes that you no longer want the horse I sold or bred for
you, please contact me and I will likely take them back. If not, I will
allow you the option to sell the horse to another party.
8. Foals bred at CF whom are sold without names must be named by the buyer.
Please send a name with your check! Let me know if you'd like me to
give you some name suggestions. I would be very happy to help!
9. Foals are also required to have their parents pages linked to their page.
10. If you have any questions about buying or breeding horses from CF,
please let me know! I am here to help you get the horse you've always dreamed of!!

Cornerstone Farms is a simulated stable; meaning fake. None of the horses
here are real! My horses may have real horses in their pedigrees, and real
horse pics, but nothing else is real. I am in no way responsible for any
real horses, money, names, etc.
If one of the pics I have used for a horse belongs to your real horse, and
you would like credit for them or to have the picture(s) removed from my
site, PLEASE e-mail me! Most of these pictures I found through search
engines and didn't know the photographer or owners name.
