Hello from Teresa!

Where do I start. There have been some exciting changes at the Corner Quilt Shop. Many of you know Pat Farrell who has been working at the shop for some time now. Well, I am pleased to announce that she is now my partner. She has been quilting for years and has so many new ideas to bring to the shop. Pat and her husband, Kenn, are from central Massachusetts. They have a daughter, Shannon, who lives in the Boston area and two sons, Shawn and Todd, who live in Lexington. If you haven't met Pat yet, stop in soon. She enjoys seeing your projects as much as I do. It is great to have a partner to bounce ideas off of and to share the excitement of the shop with.

Also, on June 18th, we were blessed with our third grandson, Benjamin Everett. Mom and baby are doing great and big brother, Myles, is adapting very well.

Many of you have heard us talking about moving the shop. At this time, we have not made any decisions on a new location and are considering staying at our present location and making some changes with the space that we have. There are a lot of possibilities so stay tuned.

We recently went to Indianapolis and ordered lots of new fabric. Now, if we can just find the time to complete all of the new quilts that are running through our minds. Pat says she is dreaming fabric, fabric, fabric. Hey, that sounds like the best kind of dream.

I love quilt books and there are lots of new ones in the shop. I am going to have to get a new book shelf at home because I want one of each.
