| Rule 1. Know who you are meeting . Never meet someone online you have no idea who it is. Going to meet someone who has not gave you a name and a description. Rule 2. Know when your going to meet. If they are over 15 minutes late do not stick around. Rule 3. This is the most important. Pick a public place where people will be around the time you both pick.
