Medea in Athens

Continues the tale of Medea after she left Corinth, carrying her only
surviving child. She has married Aegeus and is trying to build a new life
without the gods in Athens. Her Aunt Circe tries to help her, but Theseus, Aegeus' son, is on the way and is already being heralded as a hero. He is a threat to everything Medea is building in her new life. So is Aegeus' long-time servant Cora. Meanwhile Medea has become pregnant by another man.
