i have wednesday off.  thats all that matters.

i went to blockbuster today for my 3 dvds for $20.  i bought transamerica, everything is illuminated and missing in america.  i bought missing in america simply because linda hamilton and ron perlman were both in it.  since they were, respectively, beauty and the beast in the devastating tv series.  i thought it looked like a heartwarming film that would make me cry.  but it kinda pissed me off.  danny glover was wonderful and most of the film was heartwarming and thoughtful... but then things got weird and i'm not comfortable with the devastation factor.  its almost unbearable, really.  i find it hard to recommend the movie based on the severe traumatic devastation.  its almost as unbearable as benji the hunted!  why did people purposely make a movie that would make me want to kill myself?  i often ask that about benji the hunted... and in that case, its almost okay.  i'm not even sure why, since that is clearly far more devastating than this newer film.  but whatever... obviously i just dont understand.  like i said... i cant really recommend this movie.  if i were you, i wouldnt watch it.  but since i'm me... i did watch it.  and i kinda want to slap the people responsible.

i havent had a day off since last wednesday... i have a lot of shit to do.  i dont have time to talk to you anymore.

Another reason to start watching Rescue Me--Tatum O'Neal shows up at the end of season 2 and plays a semi-big role in season 3. You gotta love that!
