the above pic is miss betty buckley, supreme goddess of the broadway stage.  she is my real person hero because she has played three of the greatest roles of the broadway musical stage...  grizabella in cats, margaret white in carrie and norma desmond in sunset boulevard.

so i guess we might be buying our house after all.  i'll let you know when i find out for sure.
