Axle shafts
Gears & Lockers
Housings
Transfer Case
Transmission

I will add more information at a later date.
But for now I'm going to put the information that I
have available.
Thanks for being patient.
First lets get some "Terms" set so you will understand
What I'm refering to when I use that "Term". An
"Axle shaft" Is the shaft W/in the Axle Housing that
actually connects to the hub of the driving wheel.
There is quite a lot of information out there
available. For now I'm just going to go over
some of the basics, and will provide some links
& address to Axle Suppliers.
I haven't had the (Misfortune?) of having to
buy/replace any axles yet. So I'll only beable to
provide "Book Knowledge". I have recently replaced
the front axle U-Joints in my K-5 so I have atleast
removed the Front Axle Shafts.
As with ALL fourwheelers, who haven't broke a Axle
Shaft, My time draws near. . .

Alright, lets get into it! Transfer Cases are the "Heart"
of a Fourwheel Drive, face it. With out one, you are just a 4WD
Wanna Be. Granted some will say that a 2WD with a locker will
out perform a Fourwheel drive with out a locker, but... I doubt
it. The day a Two Wheel drive can get through the
stuff my truck gets into, I'll rethink what I just
stated above.
Untill then...
