I WILL NOT DISGRACE THE MEN THAT FOUNDED THIS COUNTRY BY NOT FIGHTING, BY DISHONORING THEIR CHERISHED BELIEFS THAT FREEDOM IS WORTH THE PRICE WE PAY TO WIN IT, THE SAME CHERISHED BELIEFS THAT I HAVE INHERITED BY BEING BORN ON FREE SOIL. To our Commander-in-chief: With the presidential election coming up, we all know success is not only vital to the country and the world, but to ensure that you remain right where you are. Your opponents are challenging your integrity, and you refuse to flinch. You are confident that this war will be a victory, and we will be fortunate enough to have you as our leader for four more years. |

To our sons, daughters, mothers, fathers, aunts, uncles, brothers, sisters, cousins, neighbors and friends in uniform, returning home to your loved ones: Our gratitude has not diminished. For doing what you have done, for doing what we know we cannot and could never do, you are rising above the average person you are protecting. Whether you were awarded honors for your service to the greatest country in the world, you've earned honor with us. You are not content to cheer for the right side, you want to fight alongside it. And for that, we--and our children to come--are eternily grateful. |

To our allies, newly formed, or long-established: Friends are the best way to pull through any horrible time, and war certainly is that. You are giving your own sons and daughters, but not for us, for a common cause, to safegaurd your own borders against attacks on freedom. No one person can get through a tragedy alone, and thus can no single nation prevail in war time. Together, we can change the world for the better of everyone in it. |

To everyone here at home: Never forget that, in the end, we are all on the same side. The enemies of humanity don't care whether you're Republican, or Democrat, or Independent, or Undecided or whatnot. The fact to them is, you are American, and you are free, and you are a threat to EVERYTHING they think they have established. And for that, our lives and ways of life are all threatened until our enemy has been incapacitated. |

To our enemies: This is it. Most of your leaders have been killed, or are in our hands. And though we have won, we have not formally declared victory, so you can be sure this war WILL be completed. Whether or not you see the end of it is entirely up to you. But there is no future in murder. |

To the people we are liberating: Please continue to be patient with us. We are trying to help you accomplish in a matter of a few years what took us decades to attain: freedom and democracy. We will help you build a government that protects every single one of you, not just those of you terrorists and tyrants deemed worthy of protection. We are all equal, and no one should live in fear of the next day; no one should have to wonder, "Is this my last day alive?" except for the evil men that put you there. |

To Saddam Heussain: You could not possibly know how satisfying it is to see you the way you are now: broken, humbled, fallen... in our hands. The same people you tortured and killed and enslaved will now decide your destiny. But the trial will only be a formality: we know your fate already. We can see your end. But for the familes you destroyed, for those you hurt the most, the most horrible of deaths is too merciful. Those so-called "peasents" you have stepped on for too long will now step on you. Slowly, and forcefully, so your pain will be the greatest. |
