In this age which we live in there is to much hate that is uncalled for. People hating because of race or religion. I know of no faith that tells us to hate our fellow man. Those with out faiyh must know that they would not want any uncalled for harm to come to them.

  What I am trying to say is that if we all treated others as we want to be treated the world would be at peace. Some times it can be hard to love some people, but that is because the do not follow this understanding. We can not change every one but if we share our love it can be contagious. If someone does something nice for us it puts us in a better mood and then we are nicer to the next person we meet and so on and so on.

  If every one who reads this was to offer there hand in friendship to one person a week. And if 1/4 of them accepted at the end of a year they would have 13 new friends.

  But if people just started being kinder to others I would be willing to bet that the rate of people suffering from depression would drop greatly. How much can it hurt to tell someone else to have a nice day. It could make there day a little better is does not cost anything
