Mrs. Knight has been practicing and teaching for over 20 years. She
was a prolific tournament competitor in the 1980's and 1990's often
attending two competitions a weekend. Some of her more prestigious

1994 Petersburg open - 1st place sparring (women's VA state Champion)
1994 Bush Gardens Nationals - 1st place sparring
1995 USA Open - 1st place sparring
1996 Chesapeake Open - Grand Champion
1997 N.J.K.A Open - Grand Champion
1998 "Best of the best" VA state Championship - Grand Champion
Mrs. Knight has won over 200 trophies and awards during her
competitive career. She and Mr. Knight have trained scores of local,
and State, Regional, and National Champions in Sport Karate and Full
