The day was mostly sunny and warm. It became overcast early Saturday evening, and it began to rain around 7:30. It rained off an on overnight. The winds were out of the southwest, so we hoped to find more warblers on Sunday. We woke to overcast skies, which eventually cleared and we had another beautiful morning!

The following birds (seen or heard on Sunday, 4/26/98), were added to our list from Saturday :

Wood ThrushHooded Warbler Palm WarblerBlack & White Warbler
Blue-headed Vireo

We also saw many of the birds we had seen on Saturday. Our group went their separate ways around noon. Those of us staying in the campground ate lunch together, and then headed off in different directions. On our way home, I spotted a Common Nighthawk on US35, between Xenia and Beavercreek.
