Trinity Grace Swander
Hi!  This is my very own page.  Thank you for visiting!  I'm getting so big now that I can tell Mama what I want her to say on my page.  Now I just need to learn to type so I can do it myself.  My two little brothers each have pages of their own too.  I hope you get to look at them  Mama and Daddy say we're growing up too fast, but we're loving every day and learning lots, too.  Thanks for visiting, and I hope you come back soon!
This is me and my little brother, Andrew.  He was born 2 days before my first birthday and I love him very much.
This is me with my brother, Drew, and my cousin (the one with shoes on), Elec.  He's a month older than Drew.  This was taken around Chirstmas, 2001.
I was born on August 5, 2000 at 4:49pm. I weighed 6lbs, 15oz and had dark brown hair. Since then, all may hair has fallen out and came back in a lighter brown with red highlights and even a few blonde strands. Now that it's gotten longer, the ends all curl into little ringlets. My eyes are brown and can make mama and daddy melt.
I don't watch VeggieTales as much anymore, but I still like them.  Mostly I like princess movies.  I like to pick my own clothes because Mama picks ugly boy colors like blue and green.  And I like to put pretty things in my room like my new purple curtains or the knobs on my dresser that are shaped like pink and white flowers.  I love my little brothers and help take care of them as much as I can.  I don't like vegetables, but I'll eat them with cheese on them.  I like music a lot.  I listen to Barlow Girl and KJ52 and Nicole Nordeman.  I love to sing, and when all the kids sing at church, I know all the words and sing nice and loud.
These are a few of my favorite things:
Now that I'm 6, I have lots to learn in school.  I read my directions all by myself.  I can add and subtract, and I can count money.  I can tell time on a face clock and I can sound out very big words.  I have spelling tests and Bible class.  I'm also learning about manners, health, how God made the world and things in it, and even American history.  It's a lot more work than school was last year, but I don't complain.  I love to learn, and I think it's neat that Mama gets to be my teacher.  Next year I might go to a "big school," but we haven't decided that yet.  Mama and Daddy said we will decide one year at a time.  Nana helps me learn how to cook, and she also teaches me how to organize stuff.  I love to plan stuff and put stuff exactly right, and Mama says I get that from my Nana.  I also get to take a turn going to breakfast with just Daddy.  He makes sure all of us kids take turns, so we each get a special time with just him.  It's so fun, and I always feel like a princess when we go together.  I love my daddy because he makes me laugh.
I am a Christian now too.  I asked Jesus to come into my heart and he did.  I try my best to do things that will make Him happy and not sad.  It breaks my heart when I do things wrong that I know will hurt Jesus.  I pray a lot that my brothers will be Christians and that I will be a good example for them.  I'm so glad that Mama and Daddy teach us about God and how much He loves us!
I'm getting to be a very big girl now.  Mama says I'm her best helper.  But sometimes I get bossy with my little brothers.  I have to pray a lot that Jesus will help me be nice to them.  I am in first grade now and I can read as well as a second grader.  I read everything I can, just like my mama.  I love to sing and play video games and color and do school.  I learn lots of verses in Awana, and this year I was one of the best players on my soccer team.  Next year I'll get to play with bigger kids and I'm very excited abou that.  Mama says I'm "such a girl" because I love everything pink and purple and pretty.  I like everything to be in order and to match.  Mama says I don't get that from her.
