My question is this: If we can impound equipment, vehicles, vessels and planes for someone who has an extra pickerel in their pocket or packsack, why can't we do the same for someone behind the wheel of a car who is using the vehicle as a 3000 pound bullet with the potential of killing someone?
Think about it and then write your local MP and ask him or her the same question. Do it now.
