Too often, criminal profiling is confused with racial profiling. Its very tempting to accuse the police of racial profiling when, in fact, all they are doing is using their training and god-given common sense to make a quick decision on whether to question someone or not. Law abiding citizens don't mind the inconvenience of being stopped if it means the difference between anarchy and a safe society. Next time you are stopped by Police, cooperate, and at the end of it, thank them for doing their job. |
