PREPARATION:
- Boil a Large pot of Water and cook pasta as per packet instructions. When cooked run
under cold water set aside..
- In a large Frying Pan or Pot, brown the Ground Beef with 1/2 the Garlic, all
the salt and pepper, and the italian herbs and spices at MEDIUM-HIGH Heat. Transfer
to a Bowl and set aside ( Keep It Warm).
- Brown the onions with the remaining garlic for approx 5 minutes or until somewhat
opaque. Add green peppers and saute another 2-3 minutes. Add the mushrooms and the celery
and cook another minute.
- Add the Beef, the crushed tomatoes, the tomato paste and 1 cup of water. Bring to the
boil.
- Add the Zuchini and simmer for 10 minutes.
- Run the Pasta under hot water and serve onto plates. Add desired spaghetti sauce
to the pasta.
- Season with Parmesean cheese if desired. Great with Crusty bread.
Note: A little red wine or beer added to the Beef can add some exciting flavours.
Or add some fresh fried medium crispy bacon. Delicious!
