Hungarian Goulash

INGREDIENTS:

PREPARATION:

  1. Cook Pasta according to packet instructions. Set aside.
  2. In large saucepan brown steak chunks, Transfer to bowl and keep warm.
  3. Saute onions, and garlic until golden brown.  Add Green pepper and saute another minute.
  4. Add Paprika, Chilli powder and Tomatoes. Simmer for 2 -3 minutes add Steak.  Simmer another 5 minutes.  Add Pasta.  Serve Hot
  5. Add water for a soupier consistency if desired.

SERVES 4
