Goulash
INGREDIENTS:
- 1 Lb.
Steak -- Cut into 1"
Chunks
- 1 � Cups
Macaroni
- 1 Lrg can
Stewed Tomatoes
- 2 Tsps.
Paprika
- � Tbsp.
Chili Powder (less if you want less HEAT)
- � Cup
Onions - Chopped (2
Tbsp. Minced Onions)
- � Cup
Green Pepper -- Chopped
- 1 Clove
Garlic -- Minced ( � Tsp. Dehydrated Minced
Garlic)
- 6 Oz.
Tomato Paste (Optional)
-
Water
PREPARATION:
- Cook Pasta according to packet instructions. Set
aside.
- In large saucepan brown steak chunks, Transfer to bowl
and keep warm.
- Saute onions, and garlic until golden brown. Add
Green pepper and saute another minute.
- Add Paprika, Chilli powder and Tomatoes. Simmer for 2
-3 minutes add Steak. Simmer another 5 minutes. Add Pasta. Serve Hot
- Add water for a soupier consistency if desired.
