Copywrite information on the backs of the cards state that they are "printed in the E.U."

Product B: 1997-98 UDCC Japanese
Cards are exactly similar to the US version, with the exception of the Collector's Club card and the 9-card Jordan subset.
Box and packaging contain foreign text.
