Isn't it exciting to be living in the world of technology that we live in today?  Think of all the opportunities that we as educators can give to our students with special needs!  I think that by incorporating a touch screen into my classroom, I can make all of the software available to all of my students.  In this way, students can gain self-confidence as well as a feeling of accomplishment by using computer software like their peers within the class.

This software would be very beneficial to the classroom.  It would help students with visual impairments as well as for those with reading disabilities.  This software would also help students to remain on grade level with their reading progression also.  I think as an educator I need to be continuously searching for new software to help my students with special needs as I feel they need to feel included as much as possible within the classroom.
