12.5 Reflection

I love using Microsoft Excel as it allows me to keep tract of my students' progress.  By keeping attentive of the grades received by each of my students in the various subject areas, I can see where I need to reteach or remediate various students.  In addition to keeping a grade book on the computer, which allows easy manipulation and access, I can graph each student's progress as well and view progress on an individual basis.

I plan to incorporate a database of my book titles in the room.  Whenever a student plans to use a book in the room, this student will access the database of book titles and "checkout" the book under their name.  This way I can see which books are utilized the most by my students as well as keeping track of what student has which book.
