I wanted to design a newsletter that would really appeal to parents and children. I wanted them to be proud to receive it. I created this newsletter using Microsoft Publisher. This program contains a multitude of templates, which makes creating beautiful newsletters easy. I want parents always to feel well informed about what expectations I have for their child in my classroom. I think that by being clear and concise in all my expectations, I will eliminate problems of frustration. In addition, I want to use my newsletter to establish communication between the parents of my students and myself from the first day of school. I think that parents appreciate communication from their child's teacher as it tells them that I want them to be a part of our classroom community.
