Power Point Lesson on Sentence Fragments
When I taught this lesson, I projected
the PowerPoint presentation on two large movie screens and two large televisions.
In this way, the students watched the presentation while still having their
own computer station in the computer lab. The lesson went extremely
well. I worried about the change of location and environment, but
the students handled this well. From my assessment, I could see which
students needed follow up and which ones did not. The students liked
the way in which they could interact with the presentation. The students
also liked doing their assessment on the word processor instead of receiving
a standard worksheet.
