Lets me tell you a little bit about COPD, Lung Disease, and Zeke's COPD
Place.
Zeke's was started in 1998 by none other than Zeke!
Yes there really is a Zeke. We don't see much of him since he had LVRS (more on
that later!). Zeke wanted to create a place where people who have COPD (Chronic
Obstructive Pulmonary Disease) can support, encourage, and have fun with each
other.
COPD is a term used as a blanket term for three Lung Diseases:
Emphysema, Chronic Bronchitis, and Chronic Asthma. Also included is Alpha1 Antripsyn
Deficiency, an genetic defect where your body does not produce the Alpha1
Antripsyn enzyme and is the inherited form of Emphysema. For more on Alpha1

WE at Zeke's have opened the club up to those living with
other lung diseases as well, such as Bronchiectasis, Pulmonary Fibrosis, and
Scardosis, to name a few. Family members and caregivers are also
welcome!
We have live chat every Wednesday Night at 8:30 PM Eastern time in
