| Chapter 1 Cameras |
|||||||||||||||
| Cameras, they can be defined as: An apparatus used to record visuals, or: An instrument used to show scenes of a show or movie. No matter what the definition, you get something that is parallel to view. The camera is our Game-View, so it shows the playerany view you want to show them. This can mean you can have a 1st person shooter, or a beautiful cinematic! Right now, let's go with the cinematic. Cameras have many effects on a cinematic. They can make or break an entire campaign! But your probably wondering how to place them, well, read on! | |||||||||||||||
| Placing Cameras | |||||||||||||||
| Ok, you should know that to make a cinematic, your map must be near completion, so nothing affects your cinematic later on in creation. With that said, open up your Tool Palatte (A) and go to Cameras. If you haven't tried anything, there should be a white box, which is actually a list of all cameras used in the cinematic. To create a camera, position your WE view in the way you want the player to see the map. Enabling Game View Settings (V) helps alot! Now once you have a perfect angle, click on Create New Camera | |||||||||||||||
