We have a pond (man-made) with Koi and goldfish and are planning on making it larger next year. Cooter is our Red-Bone Coonhound and Billy is our Walkerhound, we also have Bandit who is an Australian Shep.mix and Scruffy who is a pomeranian mix.
At this time we have over 50 goats... Currently we have our original 2 goats Pepper and her daughter Gizmo who are pygmies and of course once you have 2 you end up with more......... a lot more. We now have Nubians, a few Saanens, a few Toggenburgs, an angora/cashmere cross, 2 pygora/cashmere, 3 more pygmies, 4 kinders and 13 Boer's. Of course through out the kidding season these numbers change.
We have over 150 chickens which supply us and everbody we know with eggs. We have Rhode Island Reds, Buff Orphingtons, Barred Rock, Aruacana, Blue Anelusions, Black Leghorns, and also a wide variety of Banties including Leghorns, BB Rose Combs, Old English Splash, Old English Fawn, Black Rose combs and White Rose Combs and a new type of Japenese Banty.
We have apple, pear, cherry, and plum trees, and raspberries, strawberries, blackberries, blueberries and rhubarb, and Grape vines. The herb beds have 4 different types of mint, lemon, orange,chocolate and spearmint, rosemary, sage, golden sage and pineapple sage, thyme, lemon thyme, silver thyme, basil, oregano,comfry, and catnip for tea and for our cats.
