Reservations and Rates
Rates for the 2005 season*:
Summer Season: June 11th - August 31st
Nightly rate: $125
Weekly rate: $ 600 (Friday - Friday)
Spring and Fall Seasons: May 1st - June 10th and September 1st - November 30th
Nightly rate: $75
Weekly rate: $400 (Friday - Friday)
*Rates do not include taxes and applicable fees.
Reservation Policies:
Payment will be accepted in the form of checks or cash only.
Half of your payment is due within 7 days of making your reservation.
The entire payment is due 30 days prior to your arrival (including security deposit - see below).
Fully refundable security deposit of $150 is required.
Cancellation policy:
If you need to cancel your reservation and you tell us at least 31 days prior to your set arrival date, 100% of your payment is refundable if we can secure another reservation for the same period. If you tell us at least 7 days prior to your arrival, we will refund 50% of your payment if we can find another reservation. No refund under 7 days to arrival.
