The Evolution of the Coope-cycle

Rotating view of Maggie Mae before transformation

stripped down Maggie Mae

Here's a picture of Maggie right after I got done pulling all of the cosmetic parts off of her. Doesn't look like much after that.

Parts everywhere

Here is a view from low with the tank in the foreground and the stripped down Maggie in the background.

Bald Rear Tire

Demonstrating with this picture that a new paint job was not all that was needed.

Bald Front Tire

Again showing the paint job was not all that was needed.

The first stage of the painting process

The sport cowl with flames laid out to be painted.

MOre of the first stage

Rear Fender with flames laid out.

Pieces Everywhere

Parts laid out everywhere waiting to be painted.

John hard at work

My Uncle John painstakingly lays out all of the flames and masks them off. He loves his work.

John still hard at work

John is still going.

comparison of stock seat and custom seat

To the left is my new Custom Corbin seat that is waiting to be put on after the painting and on the right is the stock factory Honda seat. Big difference.

The final product

Finally the work pays off and I have an awesome looking bike thanks to John.

Flamed Rear-fender with Corbin Seat

The flames on the rear fender, notice the crossing flames, this may be my favorite part.

Another angle

I finally got the chance to polish the chrome on a rainy day and here it is after that.

Flames everywhere

The rolling inferno from yet another angle.
