Leave it to someone to take a nice innocent childhood card game and turn it into something like this. Well that is what my bud Mike Booth did. We always just tried to remember the rules as we went along but now I am finally getting them taken down so we won't be expected to remember next time. Now let's get on with the game. |

Detailed Descriptions of Go Fishing Drunk: The dealer shuffles a normal deck of cards and deals 7 cards to each player. The rest of the cards are then spread out on the table. All the players sort through their cards and lay all the pairs they have down on the table one player at a time. For each pair a person lays down the other players must take two drinks. After all the players have laid down their pairs then start going around the table asking anyone for the cards you need. If they are told to go fish then they must take a drink and get a card from the spread. If someone has to give someone a card they must take two drinks. When someone goes out then the remaining players must take two drinks for every card left in their hand. |
